If you are feeling tired and grumpy the underlying source is usually poor nutrition and lots of sugar. I know, from experience, a remedy that always works for me. Add more raw greens, fruits and veggies into your day!
It is a proven fact (for me) that the more junk food I eat the worst I feel. I don’t mean instantly, there is instant gratification with those kinds of foods, I mean a few days into crappy and sugary binges. So once I start feeling down I take a look at what I have been eating and give myself a high dose of nutrient rich fruits and veggies.
Try this cure for the sugar blues, it won’t fail!
Drink more water.
Drink about 3-4 oz of fresh vegetable juice a day (until you start feeling like yourself again)
Add a salad a day
Have veggies (especially leafy greens) or fruits low in sugar with every meal
Of course you have to cut down the refined grains and sugars. But just focus on adding lots of greens and water to your day. The rest will fall into place. So whatcha waiting for, eat your greens!
